Pros
Having worked in larger corporations, I was on the lookout for an agile organization and UiPath turned out to be the right choice. It provided me with a lot of opportunities to put my skills to good use and also explore, learn and excel in my career path. Got very good exposure to customer pain points and I could also see how we could help them improve their productivity. A very important part of the journey has been the company culture. As an engineer I am backed for my decisions, but at the same time provided enough guidance to make the right choices. The organization has supported the employees a lot during recent pandemic with emergency response teams, vaccinations, health kits, etc. The compensation is also at par or even higher than the industry standards, which includes salary, bonus, stock rewards and other perks like insurance coverage for the family, unlimited leaves, free food, transport, health benefits, etc. UiPath is definitely a turning point in my career.
