I really liked my management team and felt very lucky to be on the team I was one. CEO seemed passionate and real. Work life balance for my team felt great. Wellness benefit every month.

Cons

Working across the org was sometimes painful, depending on the geo you were working with. I had to wash my hands of a lot of things due to others just straight up ignoring me. Stock never really did well which was a bummer.

None I can think of as of now.

Cons

Leadership makes a lot of changes on a monthly basis which affects the bottom line teams. No clear direction as to why these changes were made and they can dissolve your team overnight, leaving one stranded. Daniel has appointed a CO-CEO which doesn’t make sense. Too scattered right now for anyone to join. Please don’t make a mistake and wait for a better company to show up. No vision, too much focus on sales.

Good perks and benefits. Salary is at par with the industry

Cons

Endless list : 1. No worklife balance. 2. HR has no contribution other than hiring. 3. CEO only preaches about culture and inclusion. Very toxic atmosphere. 4. Minimum workload is 12-14 hrs a day more often spilling over to weekends. 5. Automation company with most manual processes. 6. Managers are there to suck the life blood out of you.
