Great, kind, energetic and smart people to work with (most of them) A lot of autonomy in the work I do every day Good benefits Space to make mistakes and fail fast

Cons

Procedures are not so well put in place There is chaos in many departments as we grew fast and did not have time to accommodate all the changes Sometimes there is overlap in what I do and what other colleagues do We never know if something will stay this way or change (but isn't this how life is in general?)
