I can honestly say in my four years of working here I am a much better person in my professional and personal life from the knowledge I gained from working here. The pay and benefits are great compared to anywhere else I could work in RPA industry.. Very flexible scheduling. Management actually cares about you. Its easy to move up if you do well and communicate your successes to your direct manager. Plus what I really find attractive about UiPath is the fact that you can easily relocate anywhere in the world ( in my case: Pre Sales is needed anywhere where we have a physical presence ) without having any cultural barrier. Being a top performer I had the opportunity to be invited at events with C Level Management and board members which motivated me even more.
