The technology is decent

Cons

Company strategy is hidden from everyone. Management says that customer satisfaction is important, but customers lost a ton of support in the recent layoffs. Company thinks their software is so amazing that they don’t need support or sales. If you want to feel valued as an employee don’t go there!

Pros

Uipath is in a high growth and large market of automation to aid digital transformation. It has some amazing people on the ground.

Cons

The new management is a bunch of folks who have never worked in a disruptive and modern tech company and are ruining the culture. After IPO the stock has tanked while the management is sitting on cushy payouts.

If you have a good territory and manager, you'll do great!

Cons

UiPath talks a big game but doesn't deliver. The RPA hoax is on a downward trend, sure you can still do well under some circumstances but RPA isn't much more than what it is is... The company is still scrambling to stabilize things and they just don't hire the correct people to be in leadership positions. They are run by internal politics and favorites.
