Pros

Unlimited time off lol kidding, they will come down on you hard any time you do, but that is only in the US.

Cons

Culture is fake, full of ego driven maniac managers with no clue or regards to process, I have never seen such blatant disrespect to employees in my career. Company wont pay bonuses or commissions, will work against anyone getting any money except for the leadership team. RPA product is really not ready for prime time, small deals VS large quotas is NOT good math.

- Very Open Culture and aware of diversity and inclusion - Great Compensation & World Class Benefits - Work life balance is ideal! - CEO that truly cares about his employees - Even though this place isn't perfect, management is aware and actively trying to make this the best place to work and it sure as hell feels like it. - A truly unique experience in defining a completely new industry - The most ideal first job you can get in the private tech market - Even though

- Of course, there's going to be growing pains but this is a startup with unprecedented growth so you're here for the long-term.

Pros

- overall coworker quality considered good in Japan - have chances to work on challenging projects - get to ride the wave with the RPA boom - if you want to build a career in consulting, it’s not a bad choice

Cons

- perks for the Japan office non-existent. No catering, no unlimited PTO, no stock options, office crowded and noisy - Japan office’s been set up for almost 3 years now and promotion plan is non-existent (0 person got a pay raise since joining) - coworker quality has been in decline since the expansion started in late 2018 - no chance to grow technical competency
