UiPath is performing very well as a company, and this creates great energy for employees as well. The core values of "humbleness", "fast", "boldness", and "immersion" are quite accurate, and UiPath lives by them. If you like taking bold action and working fast, while being humble by understanding that you have limitations too and you need to learn to get better, you'll love it here. The salaries are good (I am making about double from what I was making 2 years ago at another company - a seed-stage startup) and the benefits (in the countries where they are implemented) are nice. Everyone also gets RSUs/SOs, although they are lucrative only to tech/sales positions. For corporate, they are still ok, considering how much I expect the company to grow. Because UiPath is hiring like crazy and expanding a lot, there are a lot of opportunities inside the company. If you are good at your job, you can easily score a step up on the corporate ladder and get more responsibility. Pretty much in any country that you are interested in.

Amazing benefits, lots of time spent on your training and development. I can honestly say in my four years of working here I am a much better person in my professional and personal life from the knowledge I gained from working here. The pay and benefits are great compared to anywhere else I could work in RPA industry.. Very flexible scheduling. Management actually cares about you. Its easy to move up if you do well and communicate your successes to your direct manager. Plus what I really find attractive about UiPath is the fact that you can easily relocate anywhere in the world ( in my case: Pre Sales is needed anywhere where we have a physical presence ) without having any cultural barrier. Being a top performer I had the opportunity to be invited at events with C Level Management and board members which motivated me even more.
