Pros
good gym benefit Free lunch if you go into office Flat rate per diem indifferent to location
Cons
- besides on client site you will never see any coworkers since they are all scattered traveling, so expect a horrible time ramping up as no one will help you. - Company encourages you to take red eye flights, will not reimburse if your flight is delayed/cancelled due to weather - The lunch benefit is mostly useless since you are 75% on client site anyways and during the rare occasion you are home there's no reason to go in. And that 75% is more like 95% if you don't say no to every travel - They set the rule for company to pay for hotel, but never does on time before you show up at hotel so you will get judged Everytime you checkin - family/friends, health, money, you can only get two with this job - client will give requirements like stay 10 hours /day and your manager will happy agree, but it's for you to deliver - if you are from a super technical background, prepare to see non-technical people's disliking - per diem takes a month to arrive - over hyped marketing team
