- Awesome technologies, no bias towards Microsoft technologies any longer - Highly promising domain, is changing the way we work - Independent charter, full ownership and accountability - Highly skillful, helpful, down to earth engineers, always put team above themselves - Great leadership team, yes most of them are from Microsoft, but I consider that a positive. They give you your freedom to do things the way you want, are very approachable and are very caring. - CEO is very transparent, open to feedback, willing to make changes like how he brought in a new multi decade veteran as EVP of Engineering and Product. - Awesome benefits including WFH benefits

- Processes are still being defined, many things are inconsistent across different locations. - Career paths exist, but what each role means in not formally written up
