Pros

Great place for a small period of time. The facilities and office environment are good.

Cons

They can show the door without a warning based on performance at any time. It's not possible to change the work or team once you have assigned. No job security and lots of work pressure even at weekends and late nights. Lots of politics in the company and you will never get the credit for your work. Join if this is the only option you have.
