Pros

Generally the people I worked with were lovely, kind, smart, generous, funny, and wonderful to be around. They made the immediate work environment a great place to be, and I looked forward to working with them every day.

Cons

The administration management within the smaller offices has more immature pettiness and drama than a high school classroom. Some of the administrators were more concerned with looking good and their own sense of superiority than how well their employees were doing.

Significant pto is alotted to offset step system county salaries. Benefits are excellent. Many truly good people work here. The campus is naturally beautiful.

The salary is through a county step system.
