Lack of training, small bonus, only 2% match 401k, lazy project managers and poor scheduling, sometimes too fast-paced

I hope you have spoken with your manager about the additional training that you need. Regarding your point on the 2% 401(k) match: the reason for that is because the company invests significantly more in the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), which is also a retirement benefit, and is 100% company funded.
