Pros

Best company that I've worked for in my career. Flexible employer with great culture and trusting leadership. Highly recommend this employer.

Cons

Company has grown from 400 to 1300 employees in the last 5 years and there has been some growing pains from going from a small company to medium sized company.

Cons

not a great place for an entry level job. can be disconnect within teams due to many different offices throughout the country. possibly growing too quickly.

Great Company & Great Culture

Pros

Ulteig has great flex work options & going to work is something I actually look forward to on a week to week basis because I love my job and the people around me make it easier for that to happen.

Cons

They are still growing in individualized development training geared towards each specific persons needs and/or desire for attaining certain positions. Unfortunate too that years of experience is a big *asterisk on promotions but also seems like an industry standard. Work output, quality, & progressive success should be > than experience.
