Ulteig is such a great company. I don't think I realized how great it was until I left. The company culture is super supportive and they genuinely care about each and every person that works at the company. They don't overwork people and are big supporters of work-life balance. They take time to support your career goals and make large efforts to fuel your personal success.

Cons

I feel that I could have been compensated more during my time with the company.

Thanks for your review! I am pleased to see your comments regarding Ulteig's culture and your teammates. You are right that we very recently eliminated a handful of positions in one department. While that is very exceptional for us - haven't taken this type of action for years - we understand the effect on impacted team members.
