Though I have been with Ulteig for less than 6 months, so far I have truly enjoyed working for such a forward-thinking organization that provides well thought-out resources for all employee-owners. It feels like a true team environment that values collaboration, where everyone's growth and career development is important, and continuous improvement is prioritized. I feel very heard by my direct supervisor and team manager and I've never worked for an employer that listened to employee feedback and actually did something with it so I especially appreciate that aspect of Ulteig.

Cons

Though there is a strong focus on building diversity at Ulteig, like most engineering firms, there's a lot more work to be done in that area. There's also room for growth in communication between departments and documenting new processes in an accessible manner in an ever-changing company and field. However, it seems that Ulteig is actively working on addressing all of these areas and senior leaders are transparent in sharing updates on steps taken.
