Cons

The company is pursuing many changes that are necessary to support the growth - this sometimes causes change fatigue.

Pros

Ulteig is a great place to work. There is great senior management a progressive and innovative culture and lots of opportunity for growth in both technical and managerial respects. The work is interesting and usually pretty meaningful. There are strong relationships with clients and we have good internal standards with a strong emphasis on continuing to grow and maintain those standards as well as the employees.

Cons

It's still consulting. There's always struggles with workloads, deadlines, team quality, and the normal consulting work. Ulteig has grown rapidly and some of the systems (resourcing in particular) are lagging that growth and there are times when it shows, however, all of the managers I know are more than willing to jump in and re-resource or whatever is needed to fix the issue. Doesn't necessarily take it away but shows they're aware and are trying to help solve the issue.
