The culture in this company is incredible! Ulteig truly values it's employee/owners (as an ESOP) and creates an environment that feels like home. I truly appreciate and value the sincerity and willingness of my supervisors and team to help me in any way possible. The onboarding process is thorough, well organized and easy to follow. I love my job more each week, and look forward to the interactions with my team - they are fantastic people to work with. I am learning so much, I love what I do and can't wait to come to work every day.

Cons

Considering the amazing growth and innovation of this organization, it might prove challenging to someone that wants an environment with a high degree of routine and minimal change. This is a dynamic environment, growing, evolving and constantly improving.

Great place to grow yourself professionally in the consulting industry. There is a positive culture and I made many great friends.

Cons

Not many cons. Some growing pains with becoming a larger firm, hang in there.

100% Employee Owned, it is what drives the culture. Everyone is passionate about the work they do, and they hold each other accountable. Great place to work.
