      Ulteig is building an inclusive workforce with strong leadership support and engaged employees. I feel seen and valued at Ulteig.

      Cons

      All companies have room to grow, and I am grateful that Ulteig has a growth mind-set and is always looking for ways to evolve and improve.

      Pros

      Absolutely love being treated like an adult. I am allowed to be remote and still be very involved in team. I feel very included and welcomed even as remote employee. The folks i get to work with are bright and very helpful, I am learning a lot and plan on retiring here so long as they keep remote option.

      Cons

      I cant think of any cons, I have never been so proud and happy to work with a company like Ulteig, my work life balance is great 10/10 and my carreer development is great as well. You do have to be a bit proactive as remote guy but I think that goes hand in hand with being an adult and speaking up when you need help or work.
