Pros

There is no zero-sum game here. Everyone can succeed as everyone has a stake in the game as an employee owner. The culture is good here and there is a sense of belonging, which you still have to work to achieve.

Cons

It’s still corporate America, so whatever benchmarks are set by the Fortune 500 - they typically rule here too
