A truly employee owned company

Pros

Ulteig is a great place to work not only for its great company culture, but also for the financial benefit. Ulteig is an ESOP, meaning we ALL get financial benefits when the company does well. Unlike other "employee owned" companies where only a few select employees are owners, we all benefit from working together and producing great work. Ulteig is also a great place work if you are passionate about renewable energy. As a leader in the renewable industry we are always looking for talented folks to join our team!

Cons

No real negatives to working at Ulteig when comparing to our competitors. While we are asked to do a lot of work, the managers really do care about work life balance here.

Pros

The best part of working at Ulteig is the culture. Everyone is so nice and willing to help you! Ulteig hosts a countless number of events that bring everyone together (both in person and at home employees) and increases morale. The flexibility is next-level as well; you can work from home and start/end your day as fits your schedule. The projects are very important and fulfilling, too. You also have the opportunity to work with a large number of people so your connection with all employees grows substantially. If interested in the power industry, I highly recommend Ulteig.

Not being able to see everyone on your team/others you work with on other teams in person on a daily basis.
