After working 10 years for Ulteig I still love this place the people her are awesome. They always are willing to teach, help and support you in your work and growth. Divirsity, education and personallities of the people here are remarkable.

Trying very hard to diversify and accepting of the new roles in modern day society

Cons

Very slow to implement changes, not very transparent with changes being made, not good at training new hires

I am glad to see that you recognize the efforts the company is undertaking to ensure that Ulteig is a great place to work for everyone. With regard to your perspectives on lack of transparency on the changes being made, I would like to better understand your views. Employee communication and opportunities for providing feedback are cultural hallmarks at Ulteig, and employees have multiple avenues to engage with leaders on what's happening at the company. Efforts to improve the experience for new hires have been ongoing for multiple years and also are being addressed in 2023 following onboarding task force recommendations. Pros

I have worked for Ulteig for over 5 years, and this is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. It is so refreshing to work for a company that truly cares about its people. The culture is great, the benefits and pay are excellent, and you have a choice if you want to work from home, in the office, or hybrid.

Cons

The only con I can think of is we are in growth mode, and sometimes our tools/technology doesn't keep up with our needs.
