Thanks for the review! I appreciate your points about the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) that is available to U.S. employees, and the lower 401(k) match relative to other organizations. Cons

Hard to speak your mind, as everyone in upper management is 'right'. Direct management is good, and so are the owners. It is the higher - middle upper mgt.
