Flexible work hours and telecommuting

Cons

Overall pay and benefits haven't kept up with the market. Management has made terrible decisions that have abandoned the employee base. The office culture is terrible with egotistical people in positions of power. Overall knowledge of the workforce is not good. Very hard to advance without playing politics.

Lots of work. Lots of potential for growth. Ulteig likes hard working individuals. Come with your A game.

Cons

I think prescription costs were a little higher than my previous employer.

Great place to work, management is invested in employee growth and provides opportunities for learning.

Cons

There is more work in the market right now than there are people to complete it. You will likely be pushed/asked to take on more than you can handle.
