Ulteig firmly believes in investing in its staff through compensation, benefits, and actively encouraging work-life balance. There are a lot of clear career pathways so there is not much guesswork or ambiguity when asking "what will I be doing in five years?".

Cons

With such a high emphasis on flexible work, you may not develop as close a relationship with coworkers. Not insurmountable or a universal trend, but if you love the traditional office environment this may be a consideration.
