      Feels like Home!

      The culture in this company is incredible! Ulteig truly values it's employee/owners (as an ESOP) and creates an environment that feels like home. I truly appreciate and value the sincerity and willingness of my supervisors and team to help me in any way possible. The onboarding process is thorough, well organized and easy to follow. I love my job more each week, and look forward to the interactions with my team - they are fantastic people to work with. I am learning so much, I love what I do and can't wait to come to work every day.

      Cons

      Considering the amazing growth and innovation of this organization, it might prove challenging to someone that wants an environment with a high degree of routine and minimal change. This is a dynamic environment, growing, evolving and constantly improving.
