4yThanks for taking the time to write a review after your departure from Ulteig. I am disappointed to see your perspective on promotions at Ulteig. We have a performance-based culture in which I expect individuals to be promoted based on qualifications and merit, not tenure. Our career lattice provides very clear expectations for promotion, and many Ulteig employees are promoted every year.

4yThanks for taking the time to write a review, and so glad to see that you are finding good balance in your work and home life. Sorry to see that you feel that overall pay is a little lower than industry standards. That is something we pay close attention to, especially in the current market. We have found that our average pay levels are at or above 'market.' When you add in the employer ownership (ESOP) benefit, we feel that we are in a really strong total rewards position.
