Ulteig is a great workplace and is very flexible for families. They do genuinely care for their employees. The ESOP is a pretty cool item that many companies don't have.

Cons

Ulteig doesn't have the best benefits. They are OK relatively speaking. I do feel their pay scale is competitive but the way they determine pay and promotions aren't great and should be less bias.

The Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is a big part of the benefits plan at Ulteig and places our total benefits package at a relatively high level compared to many other organizations. Pros

Management is there to help you. Great team collaboration. Supportive environment. Company spends every effort to make us happy. Focus on doing the job you like most. Pay, bonuses, benefits, profit sharing, 401k No work burnout. Diversity Equity Inclusion training.

Cons

Some of the Inclusion training has made some religious people feel excluded. They are able to voice their feelings but the company is working toward a solution.

Pros

The culture is the reason I joined Ulteig. From my interviews for the position to meeting the teams I support to learning the business, it's been a great experience with people who want to help you succeed along the way. Great team environment where I can be my goofy self and learn and grow.

Cons

I haven't experienced any downsides to working at Ulteig at this time - I've been here for over a year.
