Thank you for writing a review! We are glad that you appreciate the flexibility that Ulteig supports. Sorry to see your view on middle management. We've been making a lot of training investments this past year with our managers. Our managers as a group receive scores that are well above the external benchmarks for employee engagement factors. I realize that does not align with your view. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help you.

We've made a number of learning opportunities about the ESOP available to team members, but we know that you are always interested in knowing more. I encourage you check out the ESOP One Stop on UConnect, or reach out to me or the Finance team if you have additional questions. I also wanted to comment on your point about underpaying employees to invest in the ESOP. Although the ESOP is a significant benefit, we do not have a strategy to balance out that reward by 'underpaying' employees. We strive to pay market salaries, regardless of the ESOP benefit.
