Based on our benchmarking, we are in line with the broader market on our PTO plan, especially since we provide service credit for professional tenure at other organizations. We have an opportunity to improve the diversity of our workforce; we have built a roadmap to holistically address diversity, equity and inclusion. You will hear more about this soon. Great place to grow yourself professionally in the consulting industry. There is a positive culture and I made many great friends.

Cons

Not many cons. Some growing pains with becoming a larger firm, hang in there.
