Having said that, I am concerned about your comment that nobody is talking to you. If you haven't already tried to communicate about this with your supervisor/manager, I encourage you to bring up your concerns.       100% Employee Owned, it is what drives the culture. Everyone is passionate about the work they do, and they hold each other accountable. Great place to work.
