The culture here is excellent. Since it is employee owned, everyone is willing to step up and help out when questions arise. Very welcoming and understanding.

Cons

Training could be a little bit more in depth.

Pros

Flexibility is the number one reason I enjoy working with Ulteig. Their culture is great and with a small family at home and, for me, it is important to establish a balanced work/family life. Ulteig is great at this.

Cons

Coming from an international engineering consulting company, Ulteig's small business environment is great. However, exponential growth could have potentially negative implications on the company as a whole.

Thanks for the great feedback! You are absolutely right, we have to keep our eye on the cultural implications of growth as we expand our headcount and footprint. Over the past few years we have leaned in to aspects of Ulteig culture that our team members most appreciate - flexibility, communications, leadership engagement, trusting relationships between managers and employees, and having fun together. As we start to look at 'return to office' scenarios, we have a great opportunity to re-imagine an event better workplace experience for our teams. More to come on that!
