From top management down, excellent transparency in day-to-day company operations. Great employee engagement. Growing company; lots of internal advancement and promotion. Competitive pay and bonuses. ESOP allows all employees to feel responsible for overall success of company.

Pros

I love the teamwork, the positive camaraderie, and the way Ulteig invests in employees. In the time I have been here, I have had opportunities to increase my pay, to earn promotions, and my bosses have sat down with me to discuss how I want to grow in my career and how I can partner with Ulteig to gain experience, identify roles I can work my way into and build relationships with others who will support my growth as well.

Cons

I wish I could see my coworkers in person more often. We are located all over the US, so it requires travel. Thankfully, we are able to do this at least once a year so far.

My experience working at Ulteig has been very positive! I genuinely feel like I am cared about as an employee and have been given many opportunities to learn & grow. There is a focus on employee development, holistic wellness and competitive pay.

Cons

I don't have any cons to mention. We've been in high growth mode but leaders are aware of possible negative impacts of that and address them regularly.
