      Great commitment in creating the best Company in Tampa, Upper management are always there to assist you in anyway possible, their doors are always open. Can't imagine working for any other Co. Awesome atmosphere! Bring your positive mental attitude.. they will teach you everything else.

      The only problems are the ones you create for yourself.

      Pros

      Ultimate Medical Academy is by far the best Company I have worked for. I have never seen a company put forth so much effort to build employee engagement and enthusiasm. Ultimate Medical Academy is not a "Job" it is a Career. UMA has many training programs that give employees the skills and leadership experience they need to move up in their careers. This company works incredibly hard to take an entry level employee and create a leader. Hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed at this workplace!

      Cons

      I honestly cannot think of one con about working at UMA. I commute an hour to and from work daily and will continue to do so. That is how much I enjoy working here!

      The culture is amazing! I enjoy coming to work each day because of the people I work with and for. I have had the opportunity to grow with many opportunities within my department.

      The commute is a bit long but worth it.
