Great pay and decent break areas. Free coffee.

Cons

Unreasonable expectations. Unethical practices ( you will be asked to lie to prospective students). Crowded and cramped working environment. Too loud to perform basic work functions.

Pros

The idea of being in the higher education industry working in a professional career position. Financial Aid is wonderful and beneficial for everyone who needs or love education.

Cons

Burning out employees, micromanaging, reprimands for not trying harder and stronger. I don't know any other school that operates like this especially on a horrible metric system.

Great Coworkers, helping to find graduates from the program jobs

Cons

Terrible company to work for. One minute you're told you are doing great and keep up the great work , then same week you're being walked out the door. They only care about metrics even if you're not reaching them the correct way. At the beginning I was constantly being told not to worry about metrics because I just started. A month later I was fired for not getting three placements.
