Per the title - Please step into the admissions department, regardless if you're married or single (if you're a leader or admissions counselor) - unfortunately its a meat market in there... When these concerns were bought up to leadership, everyone seemed look the other way. It's operated as a corporation, by no means can you ever define UMA as a college..

great senior management inspires everyone to work to their potential, working for the greater good of students who need your help, now that the company has grown, good work/life balance

Cons

still some growing pains infrastructure and technology wise, benefits are average, regulatory environment can stint creativity at times
