      Pros

      The people were great when I was working there, but it was much smaller at the time and the culture was more dynamic.

      Cons

      At the time I was there, we had a lot of turnover in management, so the strategy and direction changed quite a bit even over a year's time.

      UMA is a growing company, and with that comes growing pains. Employees must be comfortable adapting to change.

      Great opportunity and great environment at UMA

      Pros

      UMA is fast-paced has dedicated teams in every department and is a great environment for growth! New hire training was the best I have ever received and they truly set you up for success. Managers and other team leaders are VERY accessible and are open to feedback. I have never seen so many different opportunities provided by an employer. We work hard to take care of our students and UMA works harder to take care of us!

      Cons

      I love working evening shifts because it allows me to connect with some students I may miss during the daytime. Sometimes it is tiring to complete a late night shift and be back for opening the next morning.
