1. No work like balance - Be prepared to be pressured to work over time to meet your expectations or be belittled if you don't become a workaholic to hit your budgets.
2. Favorites - Speaking as one of the "good employees"meaning, I am not in trouble, and always hitting budgets. I can see the favoritism and how the "liked" reps always have it a little better.
3. HR is fake - They are on management's side, don't even try to complain, they will take it against you. Seen with my own eyes.
4. Fake PTO - You don't manage your PTO. They do. You can have 6 hrs of Overtime and if you are out for 5 hrs, they will still make you use your PTO for those 5. (Again, no work-life balance).
5. No down time - calls are back to back every 10 seconds. You will dial 400+ calls a day and will have to talk an approximate of 3 hrs, and you HAVE to sound happy, or don't come to work.
6. Toxic environment - Last but not least... the MICROMANAGEMENT is EXHAUSTING! They are ALL OVER YOU they constantly monitor how many calls you place, how many seconds you waited to hang up/place class, they get in your ear while you are on the phone with students and interrupt to "help" causing more confusion, can't go to the bathroom during certain hours of the day, they randomly call you on camera if you are away for more than 5 minutes, and the worse part, you can get in compliance for the smallest thing. We are treated like computers who can't forget anything or make a mistake bc it will cost us our job.
7. This job is not about helping students, it's about the numbers - Not performing (not enrolling or starting enough students) is counted as a behavior, they will make you harrass students to the point where they ghost you and then they will blame it on you because you saying you are not being directive.
