      Pros

      The two best reasons to work here are the students and fellow instructors/staff. I truly enjoyed my time there and would love to return.

      Cons

      Learner services role is inconsistent, at best. This could be a great department but has the "not my job" mentality. This does not benefit education need of any student.

      Pros

      Here at UMA the atmosphere is like one BIG family. They truly understand the work/life balance. It feels good working for a Company that finally lives up to their motto. Everyone in management started from the bottom and has worked their way up. The BEST part of it all is their open door policy, management is always available to help out any way they can.

      Cons

      I have to leave and go home ..

      Pros

      In a high-pressure job, managers and coworkers do a great job at creating a positive and motivating work environment. They push your limits in a healthy way so that you grow as a successful person and worker.

      Cons

      It is a sink or swim type of job so if you're not going to put in the work, you may not last.
