-Young Crowd (Have become great friends with a lot of people) - Many sports they offer and are a lot of fun! You get to know people outside of the work place -$1 Redbulls -Learn a lot about Financial Aid (which makes you understand your school loans more) -You can play Cornhole -Great location -Food is great -Not your typical call center -Great Management team

-Call Center (sometimes all the calls and work load can be overwhelming) -Not always enough coverage -Guidance isn't always clear -Not all of management is as knowledgeable as should be -Metrics

Pros

The atmosphere at UMA is collaborative and encouraging. People are helpful and approachable at all levels. There is a lot of room to grow and move up within the company. UMA understands the work/life balance and is flexible with the needs of their employees. There is a lot of departmental collaboration and communication which facilitates the ability to learn about all different areas of the business. It is a face-paced environment that lends itself to exciting days. You’ll never be bored at UMA.

Cons

The 401K match is very small.

Pros

UMA has an amazing work place environment. The company is growing rapidly, so there is a great sense that if you work hard you will be promoted. We work hard, but play hard as well. UMA offers team sports for anything you can think of (even Dragon boat races!). They celebrate their employees with award shows and there is always a pot luck going on! Overall, UMA is an amazing place to work.

Cons

The company is young so there are some growing pains to work through. PTO is not earned until after you are made a permanent emplyee (over 90 days).

UMA is definitely a family and you mentioned a portion of that when you brought up team sports. We love to get together outside of work to play sports and relax.
