      Very casual and laid back culture. Fun job with tons of support to help you do your job.

      It can be very loud and distracting at times, and there is a certain amount of pressure to meet your goals.

      Very upbeat, positive atmosphere with wonderful coworkers who have become like family to me. Anytime I have ever had questions or needed help, someone has always been very eager to help me. They allow you to be yourself, have fun and genuinely have the students best interest at heart and help them change their life! I truly believe in what we are doing and the process. I have been extremely happy with my DOA and my team, but UMA as a whole, also strives really hard to keep the employees happy with a lot of fun creative activities while recognizing us and what we do here! I have loved every minute of my experience here at UMA!

      Cons

      I am excited to see more programs offered to our online students and growth in the admissions department.
