Pros

Constance changing environment involving Team concepts, upbeat attitudes and still maintaining professional work habits. Call center culture adhering to daily schedules, while developing and motivating students Educational expectations, and providing the necessary tools to succeed.

Cons

Major Challenges are that employees are held to a retention metrics - which is based on "Human Behaviors". Guidelines surrounding Retentions should be reviewed and restructure! Great Job, exciting place to work, however "Corporative Politics" sometimes are not in the best interest of the Employees.

Pros

We have a gameroom and are encouraged to relax and enjoy life! This school is very student focused and I have never been told to rush a student off the phone to get to someone else. I have never been encouraged to lie or told that I need to mislead a student or prospective student in any way. People that work here are generally possitive people!

Cons

I guess a challenge working here would be remembering to be grateful because of the other jobs i've had that were harder and paid less and finding a working/relaxing balance that keeps me at my top energy level and keeps me moving towards my career goals here.

One of the best work environments i have ever experienced, i love the fact that in this fast pace environment I do not have to be micro managed.

Cons

You have to definetly be on your "A Game" at all times as far as performance because there are so many qualified representatives here that can fill any position. So the competition is thick because of the great training received.
