      Pros

      You have control of your outcomes You get to talk to many different people over the course of your employment It's a very fun atmosphere to work in-there's a game room and team chants in the morning

      Cons

      It can be tough to meet the expectations of the numbers you need to meet every month You have to force yourself to be in the right mindset every morning or you won't enroll students It's a highly competitive environment and if you do not thrive well with competition it won't be for you
