      Pros

      The teams that I've had the opportunity have been family oriented. I believe for the most part the employees here all want better and work together to help each other grow career wise and just in life in general.

      Cons

      Things change a lot but I guess that's just because they are new and they adjust to suit the needs of their employees as well as their graduates

      Great Pay but for hard & demanding hours

      Pros

      They use to pay you extremely well but you absolutely worked for the money. They were not stingy when it came to compensation, it was GREAT!

      Cons

      You were expected to maintain a certain percentage of dials and enrollments, but I think the expectation was too high and when working in education the quantity should not be as important as the quality because if the quality of the all around aspect of an online school is not there then you will end up not having any quantity if anything of in the end!
