Pros

I love the atmosphere and the pay

Cons

There is no such thing as sick time. You only get "PTO" however, you have to request PTO a week ahead of time. Even if you have saved PTO but have to leave early you will still get a point and/or get into trouble for having to leave. There is also no job security here as well. They are to interested on mass hiring than focusing on employees that love their job but just struggling. It does not matter how many awards you have or your track record. If you do not make your month you will get put on a warning, then the next month a final warning, then you are fired. That is why there is such a high turn over rate.
