      Pros

      Career serivces is a high energy environment with opportunity to advance for those who put forward a valiant effort. The pay is excellent and there are many people her to make sure we have all the skills needed to achieve our professional goals. You can constantly develope your personal skills using the youniversity site and gain knowledge that can be applied both in the organization and at home.

      Cons

      The work is challenging so you'll have to have mental fortitude to get a grasp of everything Career services is a awkward environment for some introverts You will be asked to change desks periodically which takes some getting used to. (IT has done their best to make the moves seemless)
