      UMA has a very cool laid back atmosphere They have a miniature basketball hoop (stress reliever I guess) You do not have scheduled breaks (come & go as you please) Good work schedule (9-6) Good Pay for this line of work

      Placing graduates who are under prepared for medical jobs Consistent success is not possible in this role No room for growth or advancement Required to make hundreds of cold calls (you will run out of resources in small areas, then what?)

      If you're willing to compromise your morals and step on other people, you can advance quickly here. Atmosphere is high energy and can sometimes be fun

      Cons

      If you do advance, they'll give you 200% more responsibility with a 5% raise They don't care about their employees. Directors and above are only concerned with earning their bonuses and they will exploit you to get there
