Pay is low compared to same position in the industry, the name wins awards but behind the scenes is a mess. Everything is manual with no staff to get it done. You have to depend on other departments they have no interest in working with you. These are the rudest people I have ever worked with. Everyone want's to pass the buck then sit back and just get a paycheck. There are no controls in this place so be sure to CYA. They will promote anyone to AVP, just stay long enough- it doesn't matter that you aren't qualified. There are no redeeming qualities.

A decent amount of PTO.

Cons

Raises do not coincide with hard work and annual performance reviews, which fall between 1.25 - 1.50% a year, and forget a cost of living raise. Broken promises by management such as verbal and written promises to continue to work from home. Favoritism and nepotism galore. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
