Pros

Great clinical pipeline and strategy. Good stock options and work life balance.

Cons

Need to develop one culture, too many different cultures based on the different groups for a small company. Too much political backbiting going on. Company is growing very fast and it does not feel cohesive, the groups don't work very well with each other.

The company is small, but growing fast. There is Diversity in programs. The CEO cares about patients. some talented people.

Cons

Clinical development lead can't make decisions. Distrust among employees is more so than other biotechs. Not sure about my own career path without mentors at company. High level of talent variability between employees. Factions. Future uncertain . Was very fun to work here just 6 months ago, but something has changed
