Cons outweighs the Pros

Pros

Allows for fully remote, some nice and motivated people, benefits and compensations are mid-range.

Cons

Many team members are overworked. Consistent scope change and leadership does not seem to care that the timelines are overly aggressive causing bad morale on the team. Lots of incompetent people not experienced to be managers. Favoritism amongst groups. Probably one of the worst companies I've worked for.

Generous pay Beautiful modern facility Rewarding technology (it feels good to work on something that helps people)

Cons

Top down command and control structure encourages sweeping problems under the rug to meet aggressive timelines. They replaced many individual contributors with contractors, resulting in a lot of loss in tribal knowledge. Politics get in the way of problem solving, so they do not learn from their mistakes. They require everyone to be onsite 4 days a week, but nearly all meetings are virtual.
