Pros

Free parking, onsite cafe, and gym, travel, staff. Good people and a deep level of experience in design and manufacturing products. A good place for young designers fresh out of school to make a name and build a portfolio but the smart ones move on quickly.

Cons

The workload is oppressive. Revolving door. Management values speed to market and quantity over quality. Design requests from large accounts equate to dollars and design constraints place innovation on the back burner. Management is risk adverse and disorganized.
