Pros

Good for beginners or interns

Cons

No room for advancement, not enough pay or benefits, long hours, mismanagement, money hungry design leads, a design director who doesn't pay attention to anyone not part of his "boys club", untrained managers, an HR team who only cares about Barbeques and baseball, and a sexist, money hungry CEO. Please, please, do not waste even a summer here.

Depends on department. Soft pros include on sight cafe. Parking. Gym. Good employee discount (on products you might not want).

Cons

No solid business plan. Disorganized. Poor talent management with high turnover. Uninspiring, stubborn, exec team. Lack of strategy from sales, marketing, design. No talent development. The wrong leaders leading. Vague performance reviews and incentives (often meddled with).
